An Edward Hopper Scrapbook — A beautifully organized site compiled by the staff of the Smithsonian American Art Museum. A wonderful overall view of his life and his art.

CGFA — Some really high quality web viewing of Hoppers art.

Haring Kids — A very fun site with some great interactive areas. Totally geared towards kids with
a wealth of information about Keith and his work.

Keith Haring the Public Artist — A very vibrant and informative site on Keiths life, beliefs, and work through SFMOMA.

Georgia O'Keeffe — A wealth of information on O'Keeffes life. A good collection of photographs
of the artist.

Tigertail Virtual Museum — A good selection of O'Keeffe paintings for excellent quality up close web viewing.

Michelangelo.com — A clean and visually aesthetic site of O'Keeffes work.


Web Gallery of Art — Probably the largest collection of El Greco art in one place on the web.
The paintings are arranged according to period. They even have some examples of his sculpture.
The navigation can be a little tricky for kids though. When you choose a picture to view, you must
click on a percentage number at the top of the image viewer in order to see it. Click on the circular
blue icon in the "comments" column to get additional information about a painting.

Mike Venezia has written a number of excellent books for children in his,"Getting
to Know the Worlds Greatest Artists" series. Click on Mike Venezia in the General Links section

whimsical world of Paul Klee. Very inspiring.

mystudios.com — A good selection of well known and more obscure Bellow's paintings.

The Archive — Three of his more well known paintings with zoom in options of up to 200%.

Dempsey and Firpo — Good zoom options for zeroing in on the action of this famous
fighting scene. The overall color is too dark though...
