BRAVE INDIAN WHO was out fishing had bad luck one day and caught nothing but a very small fish. The Indian was about to put it in his pouch when the little fish said: "Please spare me, Mr. Fisherman! I am so small it is hardly worth your while to carry me home. Throw me back so I may grow bigger...then I shall make you a much better meal." But the Indian quickly put the fish into his pouch. "How foolish I should be," he said, "to throw you back. However small you may be now, you are still better than nothing at all."
